Plate Loaded Adjustable Kettlebells
In my opinion the plate loaded kettlebell or adjustable kettlebell is better than the rubber coated kettlebells but still definitely not ideal.
The weight is never going to be distributed as evenly as the ball design of the original kettlebell and your wrists and arms will be filthy that you ever thought about snatching a plate loaded kettlebell if your technique isn’t perfect which let’s face it as you are learning it won’t be.
The main reason I don’t like the plate loaded kettlebell is because they are a pain in the arse to change and configure much the same as an adjustable dumbbell.
When I am training I want to train I don’t want to waste time unscrewing nuts and changing plates. If you value your time and especially your training time stear clear of these.
